cod 4 with spearhead maps that been converted to cod 4 so it will be like playing the old spearhead game but we´ll play on cod4 so I hope you will get that old spearhead feelin but on cod4.dont get me wrong now, we wont play spearhead, only maps from spearhead.so you need to start your cod4 game but dont put your old sperhead maps into the usermap folder coz that wont work....and dont start your spearhead game up and put cod4 maps into the mainta coz that wont work either.
